What you'll do
- Concept and write copy for ads, direct mail, print collateral, web, email, banners, and digital media
- Partner with graphic designers to develop and present multiple creative concepts that meet strategic and business objectives
- Drive brand consistency through ongoing development and application of copy guidelines and tone of voice
- Ensure timely delivery of creative campaigns across Marketing and Sales initiatives
- Provide copy direction and support to internal teams and partner with external agencies on asset development
- Review and refine final materials, ensuring quality, accuracy, and on-brand execution
- 5 years of copywriting experience in advertising or a related creative field
- A strong creative portfolio demonstrating campaign concepting and brand storytelling
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with sharp attention to detail
- Familiarity with print, digital, and broadcast media formats
- Knowledge of web writing and SEO best practices is a plus
- Casino or hospitality/entertainment writing experience is a bonus
- Proficiency in Mac/Windows, Word, and PowerPoint; working knowledge of design tools is a plus
- BA in English, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, or related field
