In this role, you will transform raw operational data into actionable insights, identifying patterns and anomalies that could impact our supply chain. You will be responsible for monitoring logistics risks, developing early-warning indicators, and supporting root-cause analysis to ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis: Extract and analyze logistics data from TMS, WMS, ERP, and claims systems to pinpoint risk patterns, anomalies, and service failures.
- Risk Monitoring: Develop and maintain high-impact risk dashboards, KPIs, and early-warning indicators.
- Trend Tracking: Monitor and report on trends regarding cargo loss, damage, shipping delays, and overall service failures.
- Root Cause Analysis: Provide quantitative evidence and data modeling to support investigations into operational breakdowns.
- Reporting: Prepare comprehensive risk reports and ad-hoc analyses for management review.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT and Operations teams to enhance data quality, improve system integration, and recommend process improvements based on findings.
- Audit & Compliance: Support internal audits and risk assessments through rigorous data analysis.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 2 years of professional experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain data analysis.
- Language:Bilingual English/Korean is not required but is strongly preferred.
- Technical Skills: * Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data matching, and complex comparisons).
- Hands-on experience with SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Experience managing large datasets and building functional dashboards.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with TMS/WMS platforms and logistics performance metrics.
- Analytical Precision: Strong quantitative skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
- Attention to Detail: High standard for data accuracy and structured analysis.
- Communication: Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and present findings to management.
- Problem Solving: A proactive approach to identifying risks before they escalate into operational issues.
