This role is essential to the success of our photo-realistic 3D content production and serves as a key liaison between internal teams and our external CGI agency. The position is primarily administrative and coordination-focused, with a strong emphasis on project tracking, digital asset management, and cross-functional communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist Modeling Operations Managers with day-to-day coordination and administrative tasks
- Manage project tasks and status updates to ensure timely completion
- Organize and maintain the physical and digital fabric sample library
- Collect and compile reference materials for 3D artists from various systems
- Act as a point of contact with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project schedules and requirements are met
- Ensure all final CGI outputs meet or exceed visual quality expectations
- Support delivery and distribution of completed assets to the appropriate teams
- Participate in departmental meetings and assist with training and backup support as needed
- Complete other special projects and administrative duties as assigned
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Experience with Smartsheet is a plus, but not required
- Associate degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 2 years of experience in account management, project coordination, photography production, or a related role
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with digital asset and document management systems is a plus
