What You’ll Do
- Interview, assess, and place volunteer applicants based on departmental needs
- Conduct 5 interviews weekly and guide candidates through next steps
- Manage volunteer onboarding, training, and compliance (HIPAA, medical requirements, orientation)
- Schedule and coordinate volunteers to ensure optimal departmental coverage
- Serve as primary liaison to departments and volunteer supervisors
- Support volunteer programs, special requests, and recognition events
- Assist with volunteer education, orientation facilitation, and engagement initiatives
- 2–4 years of administrative, recruiting, HR, or volunteer coordination experience
- Strong interviewing, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Workday
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Salary : $24 - $26
