This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Data Analyst based in Worcester, MA, with flexibility for remote work. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support decision-making and optimize business operations. Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining data models, generating insightful reports, conducting statistical analyses, and effectively communicating findings to stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
- Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data Analytics
- Ability to work with Data Modeling and experience in Statistics
- Excellent Communication skills to present findings and collaborate with teams
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Experience with programming languages like Python or SQL is a plus
