Key Responsibilities:

Identify, analyze, and investigate suspected counterfeit goods, gray market activities, and brand abuse incidents.
Collect and document evidence related to brand infringement cases, preparing detailed reports for internal stakeholders and legal teams.
Coordinate with legal, compliance, and enforcement teams to support takedown actions and litigation efforts.
Liaise with external partners, investigators, and law enforcement agencies as required.
Analyze trends in brand misuse, providing recommendations for strategic initiatives and risk mitigation.
Develop and implement brand protection strategies and best practices.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, enforcement tools, and relevant laws and regulations.
Educate internal teams on brand protection policies, procedures, and emerging threats.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice, Business, Law, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in brand protection, intellectual property enforcement, compliance, or a related analytical role.
