Maintenance Technician – CNC & Facility Maintenance

An established oilfield equipment manufacturer is adding an experienced Maintenance Technician to its Houston operation. You’ll join a small, capable maintenance team responsible for supporting both the machine shop and the broader facility.
This is a hands-on role in a precision manufacturing environment. One day you may be troubleshooting a CNC machine or hydraulic system; the next, you could be repairing a pump, addressing a plumbing issue, or helping resolve an urgent facility need.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Troubleshoot and repair CNC machinery, pumps, valves, hydraulic systems, pneumatics, and related production equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance to improve reliability and reduce unplanned downtime
- Respond quickly when equipment issues interrupt production
- Support facility maintenance involving plumbing, piping, pumps, and electrical systems
- Work closely with machinists, production leaders, and quality personnel to keep the shop running smoothly
- Maintain clear PM records, maintenance logs, and equipment documentation
- Follow established safety practices and support OSHA and ISO requirements
What They’re Looking For
- 3 years of industrial maintenance experience within a manufacturing, machining, oilfield equipment, or heavy industrial environment
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting and maintaining CNC machinery
- Familiarity with equipment such as Mori Seiki, Doosan, DMG, Haas, or Mazak
- Experience working with Fanuc or Mitsubishi controls
- Working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
- Broad facility maintenance experience is highly valued
- A practical, dependable approach—you can identify problems, communicate clearly, and follow repairs through to completion

This position is fully onsite in Houston and supports a manufacturing operation running across multiple shifts.
Pay: $30.07 - $37.00 per hour
