Human Resources Manager - Tomball, TX
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join a rapidly growing manufacturing organization and play a key role in shaping the future of the HR department.
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys building processes, partnering with leadership, and driving positive employee experiences.
This role will oversee day-to-day HR operations while supporting the continued growth and development of the HR team
Responsibilities
- Lead daily HR operations and provide leadership to the HR team
- Partner with executive leadership and department managers on workforce strategy, employee relations, and organizational initiatives
- Manage employee relations matters, investigations, coaching, corrective actions, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices
- Oversee onboarding, offboarding, HRIS management, employee records, and HR processes
- Support benefits administration, employee programs, and vendor coordination
- Assist with policy development, handbook updates, and process improvements
- Partner with staffing agencies and internal teams to support workforce planning and recruiting initiatives
- Develop HR metrics, reporting, and processes to support continued growth
Qualifications
- 5 years of progressive HR experience with leadership responsibilities
- Strong background in employee relations, investigations, compliance, and performance management
- Experience supporting a manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, or high-volume hourly workforce strongly preferred
- Ability to coach leaders, handle sensitive situations, and make sound HR recommendations
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with HRIS systems and maintaining employee records
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus
