Junior Legal Counsel - Tomball, TX (On-Site) (Full time)

A growing U.S.-based manufacturing organization is seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to support corporate, employment, and commercial legal matters across a fast-paced industrial environment.

This is a great opportunity for an attorney looking to gain broad in-house experience while working directly with senior legal leadership and executive stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Provide day-to-day legal support across business operations with a focus on risk mitigation and compliance
• Review, draft, and revise commercial agreements including NDAs, supply agreements, and tax equity documents
• Support contract management processes, templates, and standardized documentation systems
• Assist with employment law matters including employee relations documentation, investigations, and terminations
• Support litigation processes, including document preparation and coordination with outside counsel
• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries, reports, and recommendations for leadership
• Maintain organized legal records, contracts, and compliance documentation
• Support corporate compliance initiatives, policy development, and internal communications
• Coordinate with external counsel and assist with case preparation and information gathering
• Provide additional legal and administrative support as needed across the organization

What We’re Looking For

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required
• Active license to practice law in the United States (Texas preferred)
• 5 years of legal experience in corporate, commercial, or employment law
• Experience reviewing and negotiating contracts and commercial agreements
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR-related legal matters
• Experience working in or supporting a manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain environment strongly preferred
