What You’ll Be Doing:
- Be the first point of contact for the office - answering calls, greeting visitors, and assisting with general inquiries
- Support daily administrative tasks and help keep the office running smoothly
- Assist with scheduling, coordination, and basic office organization
- Get exposure to marketing efforts like social media updates and content support
- Work closely with leadership and gain insight into how a business operates day-to-day
What We’re Looking For:

Role Details:
- Full-time, on-site (Houston – Riverway area)
- Monday–Friday schedule
