Hardscape / Stone Masonry / Construction Crew Leader

As a Stone Masonry / Hardscape / Construction Crew Leader, you will be responsible for managing people, materials, and equipment while working alongside your crew in the field. You will lead the installation of a wide range of hardscape and masonry features, including patios, retaining walls, steps, stone veneer, outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, and other landscape construction elements.

Daily tasks may include:

• Installing paver patios and walkways
• Building natural stone and modular block retaining walls
• Constructing steps, outdoor fireplaces, and related structures
• Performing site preparation and grading
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Ensuring quality craftsmanship and on-time project completion

Qualifications

• At least five (5) years of construction or landscaping experience
• Proficiency in hardscape installation and operation of small equipment
• Knowledge of construction methods involving concrete, stone, pavers, wood, and masonry
• Experience leading and managing crew members
• Technical understanding of stone veneer, paver systems, walls, stairs, and fire features
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license
