- Department Management: Oversee the sewer and drain department, reporting directly to the Director of Plumbing.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage all roles within the department, ensuring high performance and cohesion.
- Operational Oversight: Set up trucks, establish safety protocols, and streamline installation processes with a strong emphasis on underground operations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with service, sales, and install teams to ensure smooth and efficient department operations.
- Management Experience: Proven track record in a management role, preferably within a related industry.
- Underground Installation Expertise: Extensive experience in underground installations, particularly in residential sewer replacement.
- Plumbing Knowledge: Solid background in plumbing, with hands-on experience.
- Equipment Handling: Proficient in handling large equipment and trailers.
- Excavation Skills: Verifiable experience in excavation and installation work.
- Compliance: Must be drug-free, able to pass a background check, and have a clean driving record.
