A high-volume fast casual restaurant group is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead restaurant operations in the Miami market.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity with responsibility for the entire restaurant, including team development, guest experience, staffing, financial performance, food execution, and daily operational excellence.
The ideal candidate understands the pace and complexity of a high-volume, made-to-order restaurant environment and can lead both guest-facing and kitchen teams while maintaining strong standards for service, food quality, labor, and operational performance.
This opportunity is ideal for a General Manager who enjoys building strong teams, developing people, driving results, and taking ownership of the complete restaurant operation.
What They're Looking For
- General Manager experience with full profit and loss accountability
- Strong fast casual or limited-service restaurant background
- Quick service restaurant leadership experience will also be considered
- Proven success leading high-volume restaurant operations
- Experience managing both guest-facing and food production teams
- Strong staffing, training, coaching, and retention skills
- Experience managing labor and food cost performance
- Ability to drive guest satisfaction and team performance simultaneously
- Experience in made-to-order, fresh-prep, or similar fast-paced food environments
- Exposure to delivery, takeout, catering, or other off-premise sales channels
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all daily restaurant operations and execution
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop restaurant team members
- Drive guest satisfaction, service standards, and operational consistency
- Manage staffing, scheduling, labor, and food cost performance
- Maintain strong food quality, safety, cleanliness, and execution standards
- Lead both guest-facing and kitchen operations
- Support delivery, takeout, catering, and other off-premise business
- Drive financial performance and overall restaurant results
- Build a positive, accountable, performance-focused team culture
