Pittsburgh, PA | $100,000–$120,000 10% Bonus

An outstanding opportunity is available for an experienced Executive Chef to lead culinary operations for a high-end property in Pittsburgh. This is a leadership position for a chef who understands luxury hospitality, fine dining, upscale food and beverage- think James Beard!

We are looking for a hands-on culinary leader with a strong background in luxury , upscale restaurants, fine dining.  The ideal candidate will bring a combination of culinary creativity, financial discipline, operational expertise and the ability to build and lead a strong culinary team.

What You’ll Do

• Lead all culinary operations for a luxury hotel and food & beverage operation
• Oversee fine dining, restaurant, banquet and hotel culinary operations
• Develop menus and maintain high standards for food quality, presentation and consistency
• Recruit, train, coach and develop culinary staff and kitchen leadership
• Manage food cost, labor cost, purchasing, inventory and kitchen operating expenses
• Work closely with hotel leadership and Food & Beverage management
• Maintain exceptional standards for sanitation, food safety and kitchen organization
• Create an elevated dining experience consistent with a luxury hospitality environment
• Oversee high-volume banquet and event production while maintaining quality and presentation
• Build a positive, accountable and professional culinary culture
• Drive creativity and innovation while maintaining strong operational controls

What We’re Looking For

• Previous Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine or senior culinary leadership experience
• Experience in a luxury hotel, upscale hotel, fine dining restaurant, resort or high-end hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge of fine dining, banquet operations, menu development and high-volume food production
• Proven experience leading and developing culinary teams
• Strong understanding of food cost, labor management, purchasing and inventory control
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to balance culinary creativity with business and operational demands
• A true hospitality mindset and passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience
