Job duties are, but not limited to:
- Provides routine daily nursing care and serves in accordance with the client's assessment and care plan
- Works throughout the client's home and nursing serves area
- Complete shift report with on-coming and going shifts
- Assist residents with their daily living activities
- Oral care
Qualifications:
- CNA certification through state of Michigan
- Experience in working in a long-term care setting preferred
- One year experience working in home health care preferred
- Must demonstrate the ability and willingness to build a positive rapport with our patients
- Must be compassionate and caring
