What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grill Cook position at Eggs Up Grill?
Eggs Up Grill is hiring immediately for a GRILL COOK to join our team:
We serve breakfast, brunch, and lunch daily from 6am to 2pm. Work with us and be home in time for dinner. Must be a great multitasker, professional, and have previous cooking experience in a fast-paced restaurant.
- Full-time and part-time positions available. Serious applicants only!!
- Must be available on the weekends & holidays
- Must be 18 years old or older to apply
- Rate of pay is negotiable and depends on the skillset and level of training
What you will do:
- Prepare and follow recipes
- Read tickets to determine what/when items need to be prepared
- Clean the back of the house work stations to ensure sanitation and cleanliness
- Work as a team with other back of the house staff

REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to understand and follow direction from others.
- Ability to read recipes and memorize and replicate food production procedures.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
- Skill and coordination in using kitchen utensils and equipment.
- Ability to learn new things including processes and menu items.
- Ability to run inside expo.
