Job Overview
Solder Technician and Assembler (electronics)
First Shift, Monday thru Friday.
We are looking to hire entry level to advanced candidates.
Pay rate is negotiable but will solely depend ON ELECTRONICS EXPERIENCE.
We are searching for candidates with soldering experience,
or perhaps mechanically inclined to be trained.
Duties include:
- Soldering
- Electronic Assembly
- Building (PCB's) Printed Circuit Boards
- Repair and rework of assemblies
- Through hole and Surface Mount Technology
- Wiring (including stripping and tinning)
- Using epoxy, RTV, and conformal coatings
- Computer skills (minimal)
- Other job duties that are necessary
Qualifications:
- Experience (preferred but not required): Preferably 1-3 years assembling small electronic/ components/parts, otherwise mechanically inclined to learn
- Must be organized and be detail oriented
- Maintains a professional attitude
- Dependable
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED
POSITIONS AVAILABLE: FULL-TIME (40 hours)
First SHIFT Monday thru Friday. NO NIGHTS NO WEEKENDS.
WORKING HOURS:
7am-3:30pm OR 6am - 2:30pm . Please note: Periodic overtime may be requested.
The Pay rate RANGE is STARTING from: $13.00 to $25.00 per hour - DEPENDING ON ELECTRONICS KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICIATIONS, EDUCATION IN THIS FIELD. NEGOTIABLE.
There is a 90 day probation period. We are not looking to temp-to-hire nor contract.
We are looking for good hard working, dedicated employees.
After 90 days we will review the job performance and if it is mutually agreed that the candidate met expectations the candidate will be hired on permanently.
