ESC has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Coordinator supporting a high-volume inventory planning and operations team in Seattle, WA. This 4-month contract role is ideal for an analytical supply chain professional who enjoys working with large data sets, identifying operational inefficiencies, and supporting inventory planning decisions through data-driven insights. The Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for analyzing supply chain data, supporting inventory planning initiatives, maintaining operational reporting, and identifying opportunities to streamline processes across the network. This position requires strong Excel, SAP, and SQL skills, along with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze supply chain, inventory, and logistics data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support inventory planning and operational decision-making through reporting and analysis
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying ways to streamline processes and reduce waste
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical models using Excel and SQL
- Utilize SAP and other inventory management systems to monitor inventory health and operational performance
- Investigate operational issues and develop data-driven solutions to improve network efficiency
- Support cross-functional teams with inventory planning, forecasting, and operational analysis
- Maintain and update documentation, training materials, and operational procedures
- Partner with stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations that improve business performance
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of supply chain data and reporting
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Transportation, Supply Chain, Operations, or related discipline
- 1-2 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory analysis, logistics, or related analytical roles
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and managing large data sets
- Experience utilizing SAP or similar ERP/inventory management systems
- SQL experience with querying, extracting, and analyzing data
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with inventory planning, capacity planning, or supply chain operations
- Experience building advanced reporting and data analysis solutions
- Knowledge of logistics and network operations
- Experience working with large-scale operational datasets
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies
Pay is $24-$26.50/hr based on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision.
