Schedule is hybrid (onsite 3 days) Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm with some expectancy of leniency due to global stakeholders.
Job Description
Social Media Management & Community Engagement
- Co-manage enterprise social media channels across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, Threads, and YouTube
- Monitor social conversations, respond to inquiries, and identify content requiring escalation
- Maintain social governance standards and ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Monitor and maintain visibility into social account activity across the broader enterprise
Executive Communications & Thought Leadership
- Develop, write, and manage LinkedIn content for senior executives and C-suite leaders
- Partner directly with executive stakeholders and support teams to develop thought leadership strategies
- Review executive content requests and provide recommendations on messaging, timing, and audience engagement
- Manage executive approval workflows and publishing schedules
Content Strategy & Editorial Oversight
- Manage and maintain the enterprise editorial calendar
- Review, approve, and prioritize content submissions from internal stakeholders
- Source content from business partners and ensure publishing deadlines are met
- Develop organic social content supporting corporate initiatives, campaigns, and thought leadership programs
- Lead monthly content planning sessions and coordinate with multiple business lines
Paid Social Media Strategy
- Build, launch, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust targeting, messaging, and budget allocations as needed
- Manage campaign tracking and reporting processes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align paid social efforts with business objectives
Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze organic and paid social media performance across platforms
- Develop executive-level reporting and performance dashboards
- Present monthly performance results and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
- Translate engagement and campaign data into actionable content and audience strategies
Training & Stakeholder Engagement
- Deliver social media education and training sessions for internal teams and business leaders
- Present social media best practices and platform updates to stakeholders
- Partner with platform representatives and vendors to stay current on industry trends and product enhancements
- Support employee advocacy initiatives and adoption strategies across the organization
Must-Have Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, corporate communications, or content strategy
- Experience managing enterprise-level social media programs and brand channels
- Proven experience supporting executive thought leadership and C-suite communications
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
- Experience managing paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube
- Strong content writing, editing, and editorial planning experience
- Experience creating executive-level reports and performance presentations
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
