The Marketing Manager will play a key role in launching and optimizing global campaigns, partnering cross-functionally, and driving acquisition through scalable promotional strategies.
Job Description:
Campaign Strategy, Execution & Experimentation (50%)
• Conceptualize, launch, and manage global promotional campaigns and experiments across multiple channels
• Develop detailed go-to-market strategies, including campaign goals, messaging, timelines, and KPIs
• Design and execute A/B tests and experimentation frameworks to optimize campaign performance
• Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously at various stages of development and execution
• Drive continuous iteration based on data insights to improve acquisition and engagement outcomes
Data Analysis, Modeling & Performance Optimization (30%)
• Own campaign performance analysis, including deep dives into KPIs, ROI, and customer acquisition metrics
• Partner with data science and finance teams to build financial models and forecast campaign impact
• Process large datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization
• Develop reporting frameworks and communicate performance results to stakeholders
• Use data to inform strategy, experimentation, and roadmap adjustments
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Program Management (20%)
• Partner with channel marketing, creative, legal, finance, product, and data teams to execute campaigns
• Oversee creative development to ensure messaging aligns with brand voice and campaign objectives
• Build scalable processes and mechanisms to support global campaign execution
• Manage stakeholder communication, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
• Document learnings, best practices, and experimentation results to scale globally
Must Have Qualifications:
• 7 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or program management within a data-driven environment
• Strong experience with A/B testing and building experimentation frameworks
• Proven ability to analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights
• Experience partnering with data science and finance teams, including financial modeling
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and execute go-to-market plans
• Experience processing and analyzing large datasets
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Ability to operate independently and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Nice to Have Qualifications:
