The Corporate Recruiter will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent across hourly, skilled trades, technical, operations, and professional-level positions. This individual will partner closely with hiring leaders, drive sourcing strategies, and serve as a trusted recruiting partner while ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Job Description:
Full Cycle Recruiting
• Manage the complete recruiting lifecycle including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer process, and pre-employment activities
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and execute hiring plans effectively
• Coordinate and manage multiple active requisitions while maintaining strong attention to detail and responsiveness
• Ensure an efficient, high-quality candidate experience throughout all stages of the hiring process
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify active and passive candidates across a variety of roles
• Build talent pipelines for manufacturing, skilled trades, operations, technical, and professional positions
• Create and maintain search-optimized job postings aligned with position requirements and hiring objectives
• Utilize recruiting tools, networking strategies, and outreach methods to identify top talent
Candidate Assessment & Hiring Support
• Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications based on role requirements
• Document interview outcomes and hiring activity in accordance with employment regulations and company standards
• Coordinate offer approvals and communicate offers in a professional and timely manner
• Provide hiring recommendations and recruiting guidance to business leaders
Relationship Management & Employer Branding
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and serve as a trusted recruiting partner
• Represent the organization at hiring events, career fairs, schools, community events, and workforce initiatives
• Support recruiting marketing efforts and employer branding activities
• Promote a positive and professional image throughout all candidate interactions
Process Improvement & Recruiting Operations
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, recruiting standards, and internal policies
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, workflows, and candidate engagement efforts
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across Talent Acquisition operations
Must Have Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• 2–3 years of recruiting experience
• Experience with candidate sourcing and talent pipeline development
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance practices
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to travel periodically for recruiting events and hiring initiatives
Nice to Have Qualifications:
• Manufacturing, operations, or skilled trades recruiting experience
• Experience supporting high-volume or multi-site recruiting environments
• Exposure to recruiting metrics and process improvement initiatives
