EDS is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance services on residential HVAC systems.
This role is responsible for maintaining system performance, identifying potential issues early, and ensuring systems operate efficiently.

• Perform routine HVAC maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
• Inspect system components and identify potential issues
• Clean system components including coils, drain lines, and filters
• Test system performance and ensure proper operation
• Document service visits and maintenance findings
• Communicate professionally with homeowners during service visits
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional work practices
• Basic HVAC knowledge or prior experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in attics or mechanical spaces
• 1 year HVAC experience or trade school training
• EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Interest in growing into a Service Technician role
