Position Profile:
The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors at our dental lab. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing incoming communications, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Job Duties and Accountabilities:
Front Desk Receptionist:
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.
- Provide accurate information, take messages, and route calls appropriately.
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist with filing, record maintenance, and general office organization.
- Prepare and distribute case plan flags, signage, and other materials.
- Ensure the lobby and reception area remain clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the team and organizational goals.
