Job Summary
Edison47, a local Property Management firm, is seeking an HR Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of HR processes while serving as the primary internal liaison to our PEO, Vensure Employer Services. This role is responsible for directing employee and manager inquiries to the appropriate resources, coordinating the payroll cycle, and refining established processes. In addition, this role includes office administrative responsibilities such as handling incoming calls, sorting mail, and welcoming guests.
This role is designed for an HR professional with 2 years of experience who is comfortable operating independently within established systems. You will serve as the initial point of contact for HR inquiries, working closely with Vensure and internal partners to ensure accurate, timely execution. The ideal candidate is comfortable taking ownership of tasks, utilizing resources effectively, and moving work forward without frequent guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary internal liaison to our PEO, coordinating payroll processing, auditing outputs for accuracy, and managing off-cycle adjustments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data across systems, including hires, terminations, and compensation changes
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, directing employees and managers to the appropriate internal or external resources
- Ensure timely, clear, and professional communication while managing follow-up and resolution of HR requests
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, system setup, and coordination with relevant partners
- Provide administrative support for employee relations processes through accurate documentation and record-keeping
- Assist with recruiting coordination, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and offer letter preparation
- Partner with hiring managers to support a consistent and efficient hiring process
- Update and maintain existing SOPs, templates, and HR process documentation to ensure consistency and scalability
- Administer performance review cycles and distribute HR-related resources and documentation
- Support office administration functions, including handling inbound calls, sorting and distributing mail, and coordinating office guests
Qualifications:
Required
- 2 years of experience in HR or payroll
- Understanding of payroll processes and employee lifecycle administration
- High attention to detail and ability to manage data across multiple systems
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
Preferred
- Experience in multi-site or property management environments
- Exposure to HRIS/payroll systems and reporting tools
- Experience supporting employee relations processes
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience

- Salary Range: $30-$36/hour
