Position Description: Edison47 is hiring a high-performing Property Manager to lead a 138-unit lease-up community currently under construction in Port Orchard. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love the energy of new construction, and know how to lease, lead, and execute, keep reading.

What Youll Be Responsible For
Driving lease-up strategy and achieving occupancy goals
Leading, training, and motivating on-site staff
Creating an exceptional first impression tours, follow-ups, and closing deals
Overseeing all marketing efforts and understanding your local market deeply
Ensuring units are rent-ready and standards are met (you walk your product)
Managing financial performance rent collection, budgeting, revenue growth
Maintaining compliance with Fair Housing and all local regulations
Building a strong, professional, and positive community culture

Day-to-Day Looks Like
Touring and closing prospects confidently and consistently
Managing traffic, guest cards, and CRM systems (Yardi/On-Site required)
Walking units and coordinating readiness with maintenance
Handling applications, screenings, and lease execution
Overseeing admin: deposits, renewals, month-end, reporting
Addressing resident concerns with professionalism and urgency

What Were Looking For (Non-Negotiables)
Proven lease-up experience is preferred
Experience managing or assisting on 150 unit communities
High energy, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset
Strong leadership presence you can command a team and earn respect
Professional appearance and polished communication you represent the brand
Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
Yardi and On-Site experience required
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

$31-$33 / hour
Commissions generous bonus structure tied to performance

Standard hours: Monday Friday (Flexibility required during lease-up weekends/extended hours may be needed)
