Director of Strategic Marketing – Power
Onsite | Westerville, OH
A global leader in digital infrastructure is seeking a Director of Strategic Marketing to drive worldwide strategy for our Power Management portfolio. This role is the primary marketing lead for a broad suite of power technologies, including AC/DC power systems, energy storage, switching & distribution equipment, switchgear, and busway solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead global marketing strategy, product positioning, and go-to-market execution for all Power offerings
- Develop and manage product launches, campaigns, and sales enablement programs
- Serve as the subject matter expert for power-related solutions and customer applications
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to guide product and marketing decisions
- Build sales tools and training to support revenue growth
- Partner across Product, Sales, and Regional Marketing teams to align strategies
- Oversee development of customer-facing collateral and messaging
- Present strategy and performance updates to leadership
What You Bring:
- 12 years in B2B product marketing, product management, or engineering
- 5 years leading teams
- Experience in technical industries (data center or power systems a plus)
- Strong understanding of power technologies (AC/DC, energy storage, switchgear, etc.)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- Ability to learn complex technical concepts quickly and translate them into compelling messaging
- Highly collaborative, organized, and comfortable driving clarity in ambiguous environments
Travel: Approximately 10%
Salary : $175,000 - $200,000
