Electrical Engineer III | Minneapolis, MN | $123K–$136K
A growing engineering and manufacturing business is looking for an Electrical Engineer III to lead the design and development of electrical control systems for complex power and industrial applications.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role, working across engineering, manufacturing, customers and suppliers to deliver safe, reliable and efficient electrical systems.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- 3 years' electrical engineering experience
- Strong background in electrical control systems, power systems or related technologies
- Experience leading electrical design projects from functional requirements through delivery
- Experience with manufacturing, assembly and testing
- Proficiency with electrical design software and engineering tools
- Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with mechanical and software engineering teams
Desirable: Experience within renewable energy, energy storage, data centres or emerging power technologies.
