Construction Integration Manager – Data Center

Location: Richmond, Virginia

Duration: 6-Month Contract (option to extend)

Start Date: July 2026

Onsite Position

We are currently supporting a major hyperscale data center project in Richmond, Virginia and are looking to speak with experienced Construction Integration Managers.

This position will work closely with construction teams, subcontractors, operations personnel, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, contractor coordination, and operational readiness across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily construction activities across multiple disciplines including telecommunications, electrical, and critical infrastructure systems.
• Manage subcontractor performance, ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Build strong working relationships with project teams, operations personnel, vendors, and external stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and drive issue resolution to maintain programme milestones.
• Track construction progress and support reporting activities.
• Ensure quality standards and project requirements are consistently achieved.
• Support project handover and operational readiness activities.
• Participate in coordination meetings and provide project updates to leadership teams.

Requirements

• Previous experience within data center construction, mission critical projects, telecommunications, or infrastructure environments.
• 2-5 years of project management, construction management, or integration experience.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications systems and construction coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple contractors and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced construction environments.
• Strong organisational and reporting abilities.
