Essential Job Functions:
- Display and encourage teamwork among employees and customers
- Maintain positive working relationships with all employees and customers
- Communicate effectively with peers, clients, and members of management
- Answer all incoming calls to operations phone line
- Document all incoming phone calls into call log
- Relay all information to and from customers and crew coordinators
- Check out all tools and equipment to supervisors
- Log and report all jobs declined by Clean Tank to Clean Tank's salesman on a daily basis
- Attend all training courses that are required by the Company
- Complete all tasks assigned by management not to exceed the physical requirements of the job description
