Project Scheduler

Edison Chouest Offshore is now taking applications for a Project Scheduler at LaShip in Houma, LA.

The Project Scheduler will help plan, track, and organize major vessel programs across ECO shipyards. This role is part of the Project Management Office that will manage project schedules, track major equipment and deliveries, and oversee the project file management system to keep drawings and updates coordinated across teams.

Functions

• Build and maintain project schedules (MS Project)
• Track and update major equipment lists, vendor deliveries, and milestones
• Maintain project file management and documentation systems
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and yard teams for progress reporting
• Familiarity with document control or file management systems
  
  

Required Skills And Minimum Qualifications

• 3 years experience in project scheduling, planning, or coordination (shipbuilding preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Project and Excel/Google Sheets
• Strong understanding of critical path scheduling and resource management
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with document control or file management systems
