Functions
- Build and maintain project schedules (MS Project)
- Track and update major equipment lists, vendor deliveries, and milestones
- Maintain project file management and documentation systems
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and yard teams for progress reporting
- Familiarity with document control or file management systems
- 3 years experience in project scheduling, planning, or coordination (shipbuilding preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Project and Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong understanding of critical path scheduling and resource management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with document control or file management systems
