Job Description

Edible Arrangements in Perry Hall, MD, is looking for a motivated, dependable, and results-driven Store Manager to lead our team and oversee daily store operations.

We are seeking a hands-on leader who is passionate about customer service, team development, operational excellence, and growing sales.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of store performance, maintain high product quality standards, and help create a positive, productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations & Team Leadership

• Manage daily store operations, including production, order fulfillment, customer service, and deliveries.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise team members.
• Lead by example and actively assist with fruit preparation, arrangement production, and order fulfillment when needed.
• Ensure all orders are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
• Maintain store cleanliness, food safety, and quality standards.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting.
• Coordinate staffing and production during busy holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.

Sales Growth & Customer Service

• Drive store sales by delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Build relationships with local businesses to generate corporate gifting, catering, and bulk orders.
• Encourage repeat business through personalized customer service.
• Identify opportunities to increase phone and in-store sales.
• Implement local marketing initiatives and community outreach efforts.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.

Inventory & Cost Management

• Monitor inventory levels and place supply orders as needed.
• Control food waste through proper inventory rotation and production planning.
• Manage employee schedules to maintain efficient labor costs.
• Monitor daily sales performance and work toward established store goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous management or supervisory experience in retail, restaurant, or food service preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing inventory, employee schedules, and daily operations.
• Comfortable using POS systems and managing online orders.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to take initiative.
• Availability to work weekends and major holidays.
• Previous Edible Arrangements experience is a plus but not required.
