Sales & Recruiting Manager – IT & Non-IT Staffing
EdHike is seeking proactive, target-driven professionals who thrive in fast-paced, client-facing environments and enjoy full-cycle recruitment. This role focuses on driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and ensuring successful candidate placements.
About the Role
- Identify new clients and staffing requirements.
- Source and screen candidates for IT & Non-IT roles.
- Manage client/vendor relationships.
- Drive successful closures and meet revenue targets.
Probation & Payment Structure
- Your first successful placement serves as the probation period under an activity-based payment structure (contractual 1099 model). Attractive payments will be made for each activity—for example, candidate submission, interview scheduling, and deal closure etc.
- Transition: After one successful closure, you’ll move to a regular salaried W2 model.
- During probation, you’ll receive full access to tools (LinkedIn, Dice, ATS, etc.) and marketing support to help you succeed.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in IT/Non-IT staffing sales and recruitment.
- Strong client and candidate network in the US/CA region.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with ATS/CRM tools and job boards (Ceipal, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, etc.).
