Pool & Beach Attendant

Position Overview:

The Pool and Beach Attendant is responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience by maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting pool and beach environment. This role involves setting up lounge chairs, umbrellas, and towels, assisting guests with requests, monitoring pool and beach areas for safety, and providing top-tier service that aligns with Forbes luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and anticipate their needs to enhance their pool and beach experience.
• Assist guests with seating arrangements, setting up lounge chairs, umbrellas, and towels.
• Engage with guests professionally, answering questions and accommodating special requests.
• Ensure pool and beach areas are clean, well-maintained, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Regularly inspect and tidy lounge chairs, cabanas, and umbrellas to ensure a luxurious presentation.
• Monitor pool deck, walkways, and surrounding areas for cleanliness and safety hazards.
• Assist with special events, cabana reservations, and VIP guest experiences.
• Maintain communication with the front desk, food & beverage staff and concierge for guest requests and coordination.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team and business.
  
  
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, resort, or beach club setting preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a guest-first attitude.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to safely lift, move, and stack items weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Able to perform physical tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
