Job title: Enterprise Portfolio & Value Manager Visa: US Citizen, GCLocation: Hybrid in Vienna, VADescription:We are seeking an Enterprise Portfolio & Value Manager to drive Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) within a strategic enterprise portfolio undergoing agile transformation. This role is ideal for a collaborative, results-driven agile leader who can champion value delivery, guide enterprise-level prioritization, and implement lean governance across multiple value streams. The successful candidate will partner closely with executives, goal owners, and agile teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and continuous improvement across the portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesPortfolio & Value Stream LeadershipLead the launch and maturation of value streams within the enterprise portfolio.Establish and oversee frameworks for intake, prioritization, and decision-making to optimize value flow.Maintain the portfolio Kanban system and ensure effective stop/pivot/persevere governance decisions.Lean Governance & FundingMonitor lean budgeting guardrails and ensure appropriate funding allocation.Ensure creation and continuous refinement of portfolio roadmaps for planned work.Champion the use of value metrics and OKRs within portfolio reporting and performance dashboards.Strategic Alignment & Stakeholder EngagementPartner with executive leaders to support informed decision-making and ensure alignment of initiatives with enterprise strategy.Serve as the primary liaison for strategic goal owners and enterprise initiative leaders.Build and nurture strong relationships across business lines, leadership teams, and external partners.Continuous Improvement & Agile TransformationCollaborate with Agile Coaches to identify LPM maturity gaps and implement targeted improvements.Adjust portfolio priorities or scope as needed to meet evolving strategic demands.Promote lean-agile principles and foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and value delivery.QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field—or equivalent combination of experience and education.Significant experience managing complex, cross-organizational programs.Demonstrated experience launching value streams and leading enterprise-level Lean Portfolio Management (LPM).Skills & ExpertiseAdvanced knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Lean Portfolio Management.Deep understanding of project and program management best practices, including change management, risk management, and executive reporting.Strong ability to track and assess portfolio progress, identify gaps, and recommend effective controls.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Communication & LeadershipExtensive experience working across all organizational levels and with external partners.Advanced facilitation, negotiation, consultative, and conflict-resolution skills.Strong presentation skills for both virtual and in-person audiences.Exceptional analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
