Description
Position Summary: The Warehouse Dispatcher is responsible for maintaining installation and customer schedules for multiple locations and acting as the liaison between the drivers, vendors, customers and warehouse associates.
Essential Functions:
· Maintain installation and customer schedules for multiple locations
· Manage due dates in ERP system
· Work with internal suppliers and vendors to effectively manage orders
· Schedule field labor by directly communicating with installers as well as builders, superintendents, and homeowners.
· Respond to customers in order to resolve issues in the field
· Provide superior customer service, contribute to a positive work environment
· Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines.
· Perform other duties as required.
