Join Our Team as a Bakery Production Assistant!
Are you an early riser who enjoys staying busy and working with your hands? We’re looking for a dependable, high-energy individual to join our morning production team as a Bakery Processing Associate.
This role focuses on handling freshly baked products as they come out of the oven — including flipping cake layers, wrapping products, and operating processing equipment. It’s a fast-paced, physical position where efficiency, consistency, and attention to detail are key.
Shift Details:
Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Days: Monday – Friday
Key Responsibilities:
Product Handling & Processing:
Flip out cake layers, move baked goods from pans, clean dishes, and prepare products for the next stage of production.
Wrapping & Packaging:
Quickly and accurately wrap, label, and organize finished products for distribution.
Equipment Operation:
Operate and monitor processing equipment safely and efficiently to keep production flowing.
Speed & Efficiency:
Work with urgency in a high-volume environment while maintaining consistency and quality.
Quality Control:
Ensure all products meet company standards for appearance and handling.
Cleanliness & Organization:
Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace at all times.
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent lifting, carrying, and handling of items up to 50 lbs
- Constant standing, bending, and repetitive movement
- Ability to work quickly in a warm production environment
