Join Our Team as our Online Order Fulfillment Coordinator!

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of keeping a steady pace while leading a team during the holiday rush? We are looking for a dependable and driven individual to join us as an Online Order Fulfillment Coordinator.

This role is the final and most crucial step before our products reach our customers. You will oversee the daily packaging, labeling, and shipping of our finished cakes and baked goods. While the volume is steady throughout the year, this role shifts into high gear during the holiday season, where you will step up to lead a team of seasonal staff to ensure every order goes out perfectly and on time.

Shift & Availability Details:

• Standard Hours: 7am-3pm
• Standard Days: Monday – Friday
• Holiday Requirement: You must be fully available throughout November and December. This includes some required Saturday shifts to accommodate the holiday shipping surge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Packaging & Boxing: Carefully and accurately package finished cakes and baked goods to ensure they arrive at the customer's door in perfect condition.
• Order Organization: Print labels, organize daily shipping queues, and verify that the correct products are going to the correct addresses.
• Seasonal Leadership: Train, manage, and motivate a team of seasonal fulfillment staff during peak holiday months to execute a massive volume of shipments.
• Workflow Management: Maintain a steady, efficient operational pace year-round, and scale up operations seamlessly when order volumes spike.
• Quality Control: Perform final visual checks on all products and packaging before they leave the facility, ensuring everything meets our high standards.
• Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain a clean, highly organized, and food-safe shipping and fulfillment workspace at all times.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent lifting, carrying, and handling of boxes and supplies up to 50 lbs.
• Constant standing, bending, walking, and repetitive movement throughout the shift.
• Ability to work with urgency and physical stamina, especially during peak seasonal bursts.
