We are currently seeking someone to join our baking staff. Our shifts range from 7am - 4pm with some flexibility. Must be able to work these hours Monday through Friday with the potential of an occasional Saturday shift.
The Bakery Associate is responsible for ensuring all guests are presented with excellent products. This position is expected to perform all responsibilities and tasks of their position according to company standards, policies and procedures for operational excellence.

Day to Day Requirements:
- Adhere to recipes & processes to produce cake batters, icings, and cookie doughs in bulk
- Scooping and baking batters & cookie doughs
- Icing cakes, cupcakes, & pies
- Slicing cakes and packaging a variety of baked products
- Wrapping finished product (cake layers, packaged cupcakes/cake slices, etc.)
- Helps to protect our brand by maintaining a sanitary, safe, family-oriented, and efficient work environment.
Feeding the Moments that Matter with 5 cafe locations throughout the Birmingham area, plus a production kitchen and bakery! Ashley Mac's Kitchen serves sandwiches, salads and desserts in a fast casual environment. Ashley Mac's Market products provides entrees, sides, appetizers and soups for families on the go.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 / hour
