Title: Litigation Associate - Commercial and Business Disputes
Location: Wilmington, Delaware
Basic Salary: $150,000–$200,000 Bonus & Benefits
Seeking a Commercial/Business Litigation Associate to join a rapidly growing Wilmington, Delaware practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a strong commercial or business litigation background to take on meaningful responsibility and work on sophisticated disputes for corporate clients.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to handle matters from inception through resolution, including commercial disputes, contract disputes, business litigation and other complex Employment and civil matters.
Requirements:
- 3 years of commercial, business or civil litigation experience
- Active admission to the Delaware Bar
- Experience handling commercial or business disputes preferred
- Strong legal research, writing and motion-drafting skills
- Deposition and courtroom experience preferred
- Ability to manage deadlines and matters independently
- Strong communication and client-management skills
