A premier, multi-service national law firm is seeking an experienced Management-Side Attorney to join its expanding California Labor & Employment practice group. This position offers an established senior professional a highly stable platform with full remote autonomy and immediate access to an active portfolio of corporate client files.
Requirements:
- 10 years of dedicated Labor & Employment practice experience
- Robust track record in management-side litigation defense and employer compliance counseling
- Active, good-standing admission to the California State Bar
- Hands-on experience directing complex workplace disputes and employment actions
- Strong leadership capabilities with an interest in mentoring associates and scaling regional operations
- Note: While a portable book of business is welcome, the firm has substantial internal workflow to fully support this position.
