What you have:

• 2-5 years of experience in trademark clearance, prosecution, counseling, and enforcement
• Preference given for TTAB experience
• Preference given for experience drafting and negotiating agreements
• Active license to practice law

Duties:

• Work on trademark matters of well-known national and international brands including client counseling, clearance, prosecution, and enforcement
• Provide strategic guidance on how to identify, protect, and leverage various brands including addressing advertising and social media issues and strategies
• Draft and negotiate IP agreements
• Support TTAB and other dispute matters
