Job Title: Litigation Associate - Labor And Employment

Salary Range: $200,000–$350,000

Overview:
Seeking a Labor & Employment Associate with at least 4 years of experience in a management-side employment law group. This role offers exposure to a broad range of employment matters and collaboration with other practice groups, including executive compensation and corporate teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Defending employers in discrimination and harassment claims, including class actions.
- Conducting internal workplace investigations into misconduct and compliance issues.
- Handling disputes involving executive separations, restrictive covenants or trade secrets.
- Advising on wage and hour compliance and related employment litigation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a law firm employment group (management-side)
- Broad experience across employment law matters, including compliance
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary $200,000–$350,000 (depending on experience and credentials)
