They are seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Associate to focus on Trademark and Copyright matters in one of their following offices: New York City, Silicon Valley, San Francisco, Seattle
Requirements:
• Superior academic credentials (JD and high GPA from a top tier law school).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in copyright, trademark, trade secret, consumer class action, and/or complex commercial litigation.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills, essential for consideration.
• Admitted to practice law (active and in good standing) in the state where you will work, if hired for this position, or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.
• Resume, law school transcript, and writing sample.

• The anticipated salary range for this position is: $260,000 to $390,000/year. The actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
• A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance.

Salary : $260,000 - $390,000
