Role Description
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for a full-time, on-site position based in Amelia, OH. The Administrative Assistant will handle tasks such as scheduling, managing correspondence, answering phone calls, and supporting day-to-day office functions. Additionally, the role includes clerical responsibilities and providing executive-level administrative support. This position is key to ensuring smooth coordination and efficient operations within the organization.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage office tasks efficiently
- Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette to handle client and team interactions professionally
- Experience providing Executive Administrative Assistance with attention to detail and discretion
- Proficiency in organizing schedules, maintaining records, and multitasking
- Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment

🌿 Position Overview
We’re looking for a reliable, part-time team member to help keep our shop and office running smoothly. This is a customer-facing role that supports both front counter sales and day-to-day operations.
Spanish-speaking is highly preferred to better serve our team and customers.
🔧 Responsibilities
- Answer phones and assist customers
- Help walk-in customers with mulch, gravel, and material orders
- Communicate with crew members and equipment operators
- Keep the office/shop area organized
- Support daily operations wherever needed

- Spanish-speaking strongly preferred
- Reliable and shows up on time
- Comfortable talking to customers and working with a team
- Able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
🚜 Bonus (Not Required, But a Big Plus)
- Experience operating equipment (skid steer, loader, etc.)
- Willingness to help in the yard when needed

⏰ Availability
- Must be available within business hours:
- Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Part-time hours will vary within this schedule
