What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Assist retail and commercial customers in person, over the phone, and online.
- Help customers identify and locate the correct automotive parts and supplies.
- Process sales transactions and customer orders.
- Use NAPA's parts lookup and pointofsale systems to serve customers efficiently.
- Pull, stock, and organize inventory.
- Prepare orders for customer pickup or delivery.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Participate in a rotating Saturday schedule as needed.
What We're Looking For
Required
- Previous automotive parts experience or related industry knowledge.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work rotating Saturdays.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
Preferred
- 1 years of automotive parts sales experience.
- Passion for the automotive industry, including: o Automotive repair
- Heavy equipment oAgriculture/Farm equipment
- Diesel applications oMarine applications
- Dealership operations
- Ability to succeed in a fastpaced environment.
