Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of store operations to enhance market presence and drive sales growth.
- Foster a superior customer experience, ensuring every interaction meets NAPA’s high service standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in Pittsburg and surrounding areas.
- Collaborate with ownership to plan workloads and assign work schedules effectively.
- Ensure both retail and commercial customers receive exceptional service and expert guidance.
- Manage inventory levels and stocking to maintain a wellorganized and efficient store.
- Maintain a safe and compliant work environment, including vehicle safety.
- Work closely with the wholesale counter to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Assist customers with automotive parts inquiries and purchases, both in person and over the phone.
- Analyze sales trends and performance metrics, working with ownership and distribution teams to optimize results.
- Exhibit a professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong leadership at all times.
- Expand wholesale sales efforts by targeting new markets and major accounts through proactive outside sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in an automotive parts store or related industry.
- 2 years of management experience in the automotive sector (preferred).
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced retail environment while effectively managing a team.
- Knowledge of cataloging systems and inventory management is a plus.
