About the Role:
We are looking for a detail oriented Inventory Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, supporting daily operations, and ensuring products are properly received, stored, and distributed. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory counts using company systems.
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments and materials.
- Perform regular cycle counts and assist with quarterly/yearly inventory audits.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and work with team members to resolve issues.
- Organize stock areas and ensure products are labeled, stored, and rotated correctly.
- Prepare and fulfill internal and external orders in a timely manner.
- Communicate inventory needs, shortages, and overages to management.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Assist with process improvements to increase inventory accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in inventory, warehouse operations, or related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills; experience with inventory software is a plus.
- Ability to lift 3050 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication and problem solving skills.
