Responsibilities:
- Serve as full-time Development Manager for home campus
- University Partnerships’ primary point-of-contact for Reach training & troubleshooting
- Assist University Director of Workforce Development in collaboration with Career Services
- Manage compliance, audits, and quality control for University Partnerships
- Primary point-of-contact for all University Partnerships’ reports for Development Managers – training, quality control, and remedial training, when needed
- Assist University Director in training of new hires
- Serve as backup for University Director of Workforce Development, if needed
- Assist with filling-in during absence of Development Managers
- Work with University Director on annual strategic goals and objectives
- Assist with management of incoming employer and student leads
- Assist in managing EPP Master List
- Assist in managing UP SharePoint site
- Assist in annual conference planning
- Assist in ongoing development of Development Managers
- Other duties, as assigned
Qualifications Requirements
- At least five (5) years minimum in a successful business-to-business sales and relationship building position
- At least two (2) years minimum in University Partnerships department preferred
- At least two (2) years of successful management and leadership of people or a department
- Proven track record in business-to-business networking and development
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overnight and weekend travel
Education
- BA/BS degree preferred; Business degree preferred
Skills/Abilities
- Excellent prospecting skills with ability to initiate and develop professional relationships
- Motivated, self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain an effective and comprehensive presentation portfolio
- Strong experience utilizing CRM tools
