- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) management and implementation of HR practices and procedures
- In-depth knowledge of HR Policies, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee development
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and Performance Management to foster positive workplace dynamics
- Comprehensive understanding of Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance and risk mitigation
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is highly desirable
- Proven experience in a senior HR managerial role is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively and support the mission of affordable housing and community development
