Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring all departments function smoothly and efficiently.
- Supervise and manage hospitality teams, including front desk staff, housekeeping, food service, and maintenance personnel.
- Maintain high standards of guest services by ensuring property management systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation systems are utilized effectively.
- Lead revenue management efforts by monitoring financial operations, managing budgets, and implementing strategies to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with hotel guest service standards, human resources policies, and health and safety regulations.
- Handle guest relations issues promptly and professionally to guarantee a positive experience for all visitors.
- Coordinate with other departments to optimize operational workflows, including night audits, front desk procedures, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette.
Experience
- Proven supervisory experience within the hospitality industry or hotel management roles.
- Strong background in overseeing hospitality operations budgets and financial management.
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), hospitality reservation systems, and hotel management software.
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing hospitality teams, human resources functions, and guest services standards.
- Experience in resort or hotel environments with a focus on guest relations and customer service excellence.
- Knowledge of night audit procedures and managing multi-line phone systems is advantageous.
